Food & Beverage Supervisor (fixed term contract)

We are looking for a Food & Beverage Supervisor on a fixed-term contract to cover a period of maternity leave until approximately the end of June 2026.

You will work as part of the Country House team, assisting with the day to day running of the F&B operation (including weddings and functions), achieving and maintaining a high standard of service and efficiency.

You will have a passion and love for food and thrive on delivering the most outstanding customer service. In addition, we are looking for someone who has:

• Previous experience working in a high quality restaurant/establishment at a similar level.


• Experience of supervising people and motivating a team.


• Effective communication skills dealing with both internal and external contacts.

You will ideally hold a Food Hygiene qualification and have health and safety experience.

This role would be for 37 hours per week, covering 5 out of 7 days on a rota basis including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
