Food and Beverage Supervisor - Scarlet Hotel

We are looking for someone who is passionate about inspiring and leading a team to deliver excellent hospitality in our award winning Scarlet Restaurant.

Always striving to achieve the highest levels of standards and service across our restaurants, bars and meetings and events. You will be the face of our guests’ experiences, making sure that from the moment our guests arrive to the moment they leave that they are having a wonderful time.

No two days at the hotels are the same and your responsibilities will vary daily, however as a Team Leader you will be responsible for:

• Supporting our Restaurant Managers in the delivery of exceptional hospitality


• The delivery of product knowledge and standards training to Restaurant and Bar hosts


• Contributing to the positive financial performance of Food and Beverage sales


• Training, evaluation, and mentoring of your team to ensure high quality and consistent performance


• Maintaining high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety, cellar


• management.


• The smooth running of service, strong communication with the Kitchen and the restaurant bar and meetings and events team


• Working with your team, supporting them, and have fun whilst working hard


• Demonstrating your passion for hospitality, creating memorable experiences for others, be they guests or colleagues


• Predominately leading the Scarlet teams, however we work closely supporting the restaurants in Bedruthan Hotel and Spa, our sister hotel

• Contracted to 40 hours over 5 days - It will be unusual that you will work over 40 hours a week, if you do, you will get time off in lieu or overtime will be paid.
