Food and Nutrition Teacher - Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire - temp to permanent role (Sept 2026)

A well-established secondary academy in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire is seeking an experienced Food and Nutrition Teacher to start in September on an ongoing, temp to permanent basis. Paying the new 3.5% uplifted MPS (or UPS) rates from day 1 this is an exciting role with full teaching responsibilities at a diverse and vibrant secondary School.

Responsibilities include:

Delivering engaging and practical Food and Nutrition lessons across KS3-KS4
Inspiring students to achieve their personal best within a supportive learning environment
Planning and assessing in line with the department's established schemes of work
Contributing to the sustaining and enhancing of the Design & Technology Department

Requirements for 'Food and Nutrition Teacher' role:

Qualified Teacher Status (desirable)
Experience teaching Food and Nutrition at Secondary level (essential)
Commitment to supporting all learners, including those with additional needs
Enhanced DBS Checked, on Update Service (or willing to apply)
A full employment and educational history
Reliably commutable to Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire
