The role:
As a Food & Beverage Coordinator your role will consist of:
Liaising with F&B Outlets to ensure guests special/dietary requests are communicated.
Responding to all internal & external communication in a timely manner, by phone, and email and in person.
Coordinating with culinary team in relation to specially requested menus.
Managing the restaurant booking systems.
Handling purchase orders and liaising with various suppliers on a daily basis.
The requirements:
The ideal candidate will have the following skills, knowledge & experience:
Knowledge and experience of Micros, Opera, 7 Rooms, The Fork, Open Table or similar systems.
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
Experience in Microsoft Office, and menu design programmes.
Excellent command of spoken and written English.
