Food & Beverage Duty Manager

Our client runs a multi-outlet / multi-disciplined, family orientated, day visitor attraction based in rural South Hertfordshire.
They are currently looking to recruit an experienced Food & Beverage Duty Manager to join their established Food & Beverage management team, to be responsible for the daily running of the Food & Beverage department, managing both staff and customer Food & Beverage led operations to ensure the delivery of an excellent all round guest experience, and a happy working environment for their staff.
Potential candidates for the role of Food & Beverage Duty Manager must be able to demonstrate a stable and progressive background to their current role of Food & Beverage Duty Manager, gained in high volume, multi-outlet and fully commercial, retail or leisure led catering operations. This must be coupled with a real passion for customer service and 'guest experience'.
This is a hands-on Food & Beverage Duty Management role, responsible for a team of customer service staff handling all aspects of the day to day running of the entire venue
The Food & Beverage Duty Manager will work on a 5/7 day rota, from 9am to 6pm, which will include working one day during most weekends.
