Food & Beverage Manager – Clayton Hotel Bristol City
We have an exciting opportunity for a Food & Beverage Manager to join our team at Clayton Hotel Bristol City. We are seeking a leader with excellent experience in Food and Beverage Management within a hotel background.
This unique hotel comprises of 255 guest bedrooms, bar, restaurant and conferencing facilities and presents a fantastic opportunity for a talented individual to gain experience in this exciting environment.
Objective of the Role
Reporting to the Deputy General Manager, the Food & Beverage Manager will lead the operational & financial success of the Food & Beverage department.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Lead the F&B department and execute the strategy to achieve goals.
People leadership, including recruiting, retaining and developing employees.
Support the General Manager in the strategic running of the hotel.
Set targets for the F&B teams in line with the overall departmental and hotel strategy.
Support/Oversee events in the hotel to ensure excellence in service at all times.
Manage the budget and cost effectiveness of the department.
Requirements:
Experience in a Food & Beverage management role in a leading hotel.
Experience in large conferences and events is a distinct advantage.
Excellent Leadership skills.
Experience in recruiting and developing employees.
High standards and attention to detail.
