Food & Beverage Manager

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Food & Beverage Manager for a rural leisure attraction in South Hertfordshire.
The Food & Beverage facilities at the site include a retail dining outlet open 7 days a week from 10am to 5pm, a 150 seat 'all day dining' café style restaurant with counter service, that is open at weekends between 10am and 5pm, a number of seasonal satellite kiosks across the site, plus event spaces.
The role of Food & Beverage Manager is to manage all aspects of the Food & Beverage operation across the site, ensuring service delivery standards, development of the food offer, compliance and profitability of the F&B operation.
The successful candidate for the role of Food & Beverage Manager will be part of the senior management team, reporting directly to the CEO, and will be responsible for leading a team of Duty Managers, Supervisors and up to 30 staff during peak periods. This role will involve working 5/7 days, including one day each weekend, between 9am and 5pm.
