Food & Beverage Manager

This busy and well situated hotel in the New Forest are currently looking for an experienced and dynamic Food and Beverage Manager to join the management team.
As Food and Beverage Manager you will be required to operate four conference and banqueting rooms for up to 140 guests with 70-80 covers sit down. This property is an extremely popular wedding and celebration venue as well as meeting and events. You will also be responsible for a restaurant and bar operation of around 100 covers.
You will manage and develop a team of Supervisors, full and part time staff with a hands-on approach. Reporting into a General Manager you must manage costs as well as driving sales forwards through great service and developing guest rapport.
For this Food and Beverage Managers role you must have worked in quality volume food and beverage operations. With exposure to delivering events and meetings.
