We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Food and Beverage Manager who is looking for their next exciting challenge.this role comes with a positive twist!
Are you currently a Food & Beverage Manager who is ambitious and wants to be developed into an Operations Manager role? Ensuring there is a strong focus on the Food & Beverage Operations.
This is a really exciting time as we go through the journey with the multi million investment. You will be able to put your own stamp on it. Working closely with our F&B Concept Company will be integral to driving Food and Beverage standards across all areas within the hotel. Adding value throughout the operation driving consistency, supporting sales and maximising on revenue opportunities, forecasting and managing payroll, whilst attracting, retaining and developing talent.
Ultimately, ensuring our guests have an exceptional dining experience and the highest standards of service are delivered throughout the property providing exemplary guest satisfaction.
The Ideal Food & Beverage Manager
Previous experience as a Food & Beverage Manager in a 4* or 5* property
A genuine desire to create and engage with all of our guests at every opportunity with them
Excellent leadership skills who have the ability to develop and lead your team
A passion for hospitality with a flair for food & drink
To be an effective, efficient and confident communicator at all levels
Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to stay calm under pressure
