Food and Beverage Manager
Russ Hill is a this beautiful country style hotel based in a 19th century manor house, set in nine acres of picturesque grounds, surrounded by glorious countryside, in the charming village of Charlwood. The Russ Hill Hotel is a 189 bedroom-hotel that invites guests to dine at Ruspers Restaurant, which offers traditional classic cuisine.
As our food and beverage manager you will

:
Take responsibility for all food and beverage service areas.
Ensure the highest standards of service to guarantee customer satisfaction.
Be actively involved with recruiting, training and developing the team
Making sure all control procedures are implemented effectively.
Follow all Health and Safety and Hygiene company standards.
Prepare and manage rotas in line with business requirements.
Be experienced in managing a team in a similar environment
