About you, our next Food and Beverage manager:
Enthusiastic

Good communicator
Ideally have experience in a similar role in a Restaurant/Pub or Hotel environment.
What you'll be doing as a Food and Beverage manager :
Leading the F&B team, running shifts and ensuring a positive experience for all guests, customers, and team members
Setting up shifts for successful service and coaching and assisting colleagues on shift
Work closely with the GM & wider management team to achieve venue targets and team goals.
Ensuring a positive guest experience for all guests whilst maintaining quality and cleanliness standards
Resolving guest and staff questions, queries, and issues
Taking responsibility for revenue, profit, and guest experience targets
Day to day administration such as scheduling, ordering, and stock control
Training and developing team members
Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation and licensing laws, and ensuring that the necessary security is in place
