Food & Beverage Manager

Key duties:
To be an integral part ofthe Food and Beverage team that provides an exciting, healthy, innovative, quality operation.
To manage the day-to-day Food and Beverage operations in order to maximise business opportunities in line with the company business plan.
To be responsible for the provision of food & beverage operations at the golf course, including breakfast, lunch, dinner, events and ad-hoc requests.
Support & Manage the food and beverage assistants in the Kitchen area.
Maintain effective control of food and beverage services on site by checking daily stock levels
Weekly or monthly audits of hygiene standards and working practices
Please note: will need to be able to work early mornings and late nights, weekends and bank holidays.
