What you'll be doing as a Food and Beverage manager : Leading the F&B team, running shifts and ensuring a positive experience for all guests, customers, and team members Setting up shifts for successful service and coaching and assisting colleagues on shift Work closely with the GM & wider management team to achieve venue targets and team goals.
