A place shaped by the local community, Tredegar House and its surrounding gardens and parkland stand proudly at the heart of Newports heritage.
Tredegar House has a bustling 80-seater cafe The Brewhouse which is open all year and is located outside the pay barrier, this means the public can visit the café alongside National Trust members and visitors. We also operate a take-away outlet which adjoins The Brewhouse, this is open weekends and school holidays during the spring and summer. We have external seating for approximately 200 people. We also have plans to grow our F&B offer over and increase the number of outlets across the next 12 months and beyond.

At present approximately 60% of your time will be office based and 40% of your time will be visitor facing, leading your team by example, and being hands on within your F&B operation. The % of office time will likely increase as the operation and team grows.
We have a fantastic F&B Team at Tredegar but need to recruit an experienced F&B leader who will support the team to drive the business forwards.
