Our desire is to build something different & a hotel that gives back to our land & community we are currently seeking to recruit an experienced Food & Beverage Operations Manager to oversee the running of the F&B outlets of the hotel.
Working with an excellent team you will be responsible for overseeing the day to day operations, managing rotas and costs and ensuring excellent standards of service in all areas
The role of Food & Beverage Operations Manager will involve:
Oversight of the hotels four outlets, that include a restaurant, brasserie style restaurant, a bar lounge with outdoor deck and outdoor live music venue.
Ensuring the managers write rotas so that the outlets are staffed according to business levels, and that the teams have sufficient support on a day-to-day basis.
Leading, training and motivating the managers of each outlet teams to ensure they perform at their best.
Involvement in compiling wine lists and menu development.
Ensuring standards of service, buildings and products are maintained, with a keen eye for detail and an innovative approach to improving our offering.
Dealing with customer queries and issues, resolving them
Ensuring excellent standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the hotel and all operations.
Requirements for Food & Beverage Operations Manager:
The successful candidate must have previous experience in a multi outlet site, previous experience of high-volume operations.
Candidates must enjoy being a hands-on member of a team.
All applicants must have a flexible approach to their work and be willing to work the hours required of the business.
An excellent standard of presentation is essential.
Our successful Food & Beverage Operations Manager will work a variety of shifts, on any 5 days from 7, on any day of the year.
