As Breakfast Supervisor, your passion for presentation and dedication to delivering flavour will complete each guests experience. Taking pride in your workspace and keeping your standards high you will ensure each guest a memorable breakfast at our hotel. You will also serve food to our guests in the restaurant. Your day-to-day Supervise the setup and service for restaurant/bar/meeting rooms. You will be the face of the outlet, communicating with the kitchen and the guests alike ensuring a smooth and memorable experience Have a visible presence within the outlet to ensure that all customer requests and queries are responded to promptly and effectively and points learned from complaints are used to enhance future customer service. Manage, lead and coach the team Deal with guest complaints in a friendly and efficient manner, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times. Ensure all products are served according to Hilton standards; Ensure the breakfast areas are maintained in a clean and orderly manner at all times; Clear guest tables, and restock condiments and cutlery ensuring supplies never run short Ensure accurate billing Ensuring a high standard of personal hygiene and personal presentation at all times. Work in a safe and tidy manner and report any hazard, accident, loss or damage to management.
