Food Development Manager

Stonegate is looking for an experienced Food Development Manager to join our team of Food specialists, driving food and menu innovation and development across our managed pub estate. As Food Development Manager, you'll own and manage the menu changes from conception to launch in our sites across our range of pub and bar brands.

We're looking for our Food Development Manager to have prior Food Development experience within a large branded food environment, and the capability to manage multiple projects at a time. We work in menu cycle process, so experience of working within a multi format business would be a real advantage. THe Food Development Manager will need to use their commercial experience and focus to design and implement menus that really complement our guest profiles.

The Food Development Manager role is a field based role and you may travel to any of our sites across the country to collaborate with your peers and colleagues - you will need to be able to travel nationally. Our test kitchen is in Birmingham.
