Production Operative

Our client is currently on the lookout for a Production Operative/Order Picker to join a company that works with raw meat, located in the S60 area of Rotherham.

Shifts:

* 6am – 2pm (5 days out of 7 – Sunday – Friday. EVERY SATURDAY OFF)

Pay rate:

* £12.71 per hour

Details:

* Guaranteed full time hours

* Immediate start available

* Free onsite parking

* Temp ongoing role

Duties:

* Working within a refrigerated environment

* Picking orders in a refrigerated environment using pick sheets

* Quality checking of raw meat before despatch to ensure highest of standard

* Loading stock from trays onto packaging machine to prep for despatch of goods

* Checking & labelling of stock correctly for deliveries

* Maintaining a clean and tidy working area

* Following & adhering to Health + Safety and Hygiene policies

Experience needed:

* Must have worked within a food production environment

* Successful candidate must be physically fit due to the nature of the job role

* Must be able to accuratley read a manual pick sheet to pick customers orders correctly

* You must be reliable and have good timekeeping

* Must be comfortable working within a refrigerated environment

* Ability to work in a fast paced environment
