The Opportunity:

We're working with an exciting, rapidly growing food manufacturing business specialising in high-volume frozen food production for the direct-to-consumer market. What You'll Be Doing:

Overseeing daily food production operations to ensure the highest quality standards are met
Acting as a gatekeeper for product quality, working closely with senior leadership
Driving a culture of food safety, hygiene, and operational excellence
Leading, motivating, and developing a production team
Ensuring all processes comply with SALSA standards and relevant food safety regulations
Identifying and implementing process improvements to support growth and efficiency
Collaborating with internal stakeholders to maintain seamless operations

What We're Looking For:

Minimum of 5 years' experience in food production (frozen food experience desirable)
Proven experience working within start-up or high-growth food businesses
Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with SALSA regulations
Food Hygiene Level 3 (minimum) and HACCP/COSHH trained
A strategic thinker with a growth mindset and passion for continuous improvement
Highly organised, proactive, and process-driven
Strong leadership skills and excellent communication abilities
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
