Pay: £13.32 per hour rising to £13.82 per hour after successful completion of probation + £500 probation bonus

About the Role

SWIFT Temps Ltd Industrial Recruitment Division is recruiting on behalf of our client for a Production Operative based at their busy Keighley site. This is a permanent, full-time role working across 5 days per week, which may include Saturday working.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established and growing food production business. The successful candidate will support a variety of operational duties within the food production environment, ensuring high standards of hygiene, safety, and productivity are maintained at all times.

Key Responsibilities

* Supporting day-to-day food production operations

* Working within strict hygiene and food safety regulations

* Assisting with packing, handling, and movement of products

* Maintaining cleanliness and organisation throughout the site

* Following company health & safety procedures

* Supporting production targets and operational efficiency

* Working effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

* Reliable, hardworking, and punctual

* Able to work in a physically demanding environment

* Strong awareness of hygiene and safety standards

* Good communication and teamwork skills

* Full Counterbalance Fork Truck Licence preferred but not essential

* Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Shift Pattern

Working Hours:
7:00am to 5:00pm
5 days over 6, Monday to Saturday on a rotational basis
40–48 hours per week/Saturday working may be required

Pay & Benefits

* £13.32 per hour starting rate

* Rising to £13.82 per hour after successful 6-month probation

* £500 bonus upon successful completion of probation

* Assistance with travel from local areas available if required
