Food Production Operatives required in Halstead

FOOD PRODUCTION OPERATIVES REQUIRED

Our client based in Halstead, requires Food Production Operatives on a temp to perm basis. You will be involved in key stages of the production process, including weighing, spreading, and finishing products to a high standard.

Shifts: Monday to Friday role: 06:00AM-14:00PM

Location: Halstead

Job Role:

Accurately weigh and portion product using calibrated scales in line with recipes and batch specifications
Prepare trays with parchment paper and ensure all equipment is clean and ready for use
Evenly spread and shape product across trays, maintaining consistent height and quality
Break down any clumps and ensure trays are filled correctly before passing to the next stage
Finish products using rolling techniques to achieve a uniform, level result
Maintain a clean and safe working environment, ensuring waste is disposed of correctly
Label and prepare completed batches for the next stage of productionPerformance & Targets:

Work efficiently to meet production targets within a fast-paced environment
Handle trays at a consistent speed, working to strict timeframes per unit
Contribute to team output to ensure overall line productivity and daily targets are achievedOur client offers:
