Food Technology Teacher – Nottingham – Full-Time, Permanent

A passionate and skilled Food Technology Teacher is required for an immediate start at a well-respected school in Nottingham. You will be responsible for teaching Food Technology at KS3 and KS4. This role is ideal for both experienced teachers and ECTs looking to join a creative and supportive department.

Food Technology Teacher Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons in Food Technology.


• Foster student creativity and technical skills in food preparation and nutrition.


• Differentiate lessons to meet the needs of diverse learners.


• Support students in achieving excellent results in Food Technology.


• Collaborate with other teachers within the department to create a dynamic curriculum.

Food Technology Teacher Qualifications & Experience:

• Qualified Food Technology Teacher Status (QTS).


• Degree in Food Technology, Home Economics, or a closely related subject.


• Experience teaching Food Technology at KS3/KS4.


• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
