Job Title: Foods Separation – MR Sub-Workstream Manager
Work Level: WL2A
Location: 100VE preferred (if outside EU, must work European hours)
JOB PURPOSE:
Unilever intends to separate its global Foods business. The separated Foods Company will be integrated into McCormick and will become one of the world’s largest Food companies, generating annual revenues of ca. $20 billion.
This role is part of the M&A Finance separation team, and will require someone who works in a very agile way liaising and engaging with country finance, ComEx, UniOps and Group teams including GCAD, GPM, Tax and Treasury to ensure timely completion of all management reporting (MR) separation milestones. The role will provide significant exposure to global, regional and local stakeholders, at all levels of seniority within the Unilever business as well as with the future separated Foods business.
WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE?
• Partner with external advisors and internal finance teams to support financial due diligence, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial data
• Collaborate with country finance teams to analyse and explain historical performance, enabling accurate external due diligence assessments
• Supporting the internal separation and management reporting capabilities of the separated business across the milestones of the separation
• Work cross-functionally with subject matter experts across the business and a large range of countries to bring clarity of the separation objectives
• Contribute to the design and implementation of Transitional Service Agreements (TSAs), ensuring continuity of critical financial processes
• Supporting the working capital modelling and execution during the phases of the separation
• Support ad hoc financial analysis and project deliverables for senior stakeholders

Core Skills
• Strong financial analysis and management reporting capabilities
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across global teams
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• High attention to detail combined with strong problem-solving skills
• Proactive, self-starter mindset with strong ownership
Experience
• Experience in finance business partnering, reporting, or transaction-related roles
• Exposure to complex, multi-country environments
• Experience working with senior stakeholders is advantageous

Cyber criminals advertise fake job adverts with prestigious employers as a way of stealing information or even defrauding individuals out of money. In the most sophisticated cases, they will set up fake websites, which have a similar address to companies like Unilever. They even conduct fake telephone interviews and then offer candidates a role with the proviso they pay a fee for background checks or to cover work visa costs. Many of Unilever’s recruitment sites publish a warning to candidates about recruitment fraud. The Cyber Security team also proactively scan for signs of people setting up fake Unilever sites and act to close them down.
