Foot Mobile HVAC Engineer

Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for a Foot Mobile HVAC Engineer to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation.
We are looking for a HVAC Engineer who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same.

The HVAC Engineer, will be responsible for:
* Undertake inspection, maintenance, fault finding, and repair across domestic and commercial plumbing and mechanical building services installations.
* Carry out maintenance and remedial works on plumbing systems, pumps, AHU, heating &ventilation, expansion vessels, hot water systems, drainage, sanitaryware, HVAC plant, and associated services.
* You should be capable of delivering to the highest level of service for the client. Answering queries, overseeing planned PPM/compliance works and keeping the client informed of site activities.
* Support the wider engineering team in maintaining safe, compliant, and operational environments, diagnosing faults and completing repairs efficiently.
* Accurately complete all work documentation and communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and site teams while adhering to Health & Safety regulations.
To be successful for this HVAC Engineer role you must have:
* The ideal candidate would be qualified at a City & Guilds level with experience within a maintenance / facilities management environment.
* Proven experience in facilities maintenance or building services, including plumbing systems, HVAC, pumps, and water hygiene controls.
