Job Description - Forecast Manager

This UK office of a highly successful multinational company is looking for a Forecasting Manager to join their team. They offer a salary of up to £27,500 along with a team commission where you can earn another £5,000 pa, a superb working environment and benefits including an amazing 28 days holiday plus bank holidays, a bonus scheme based on individual performance, free parking and a pension. What will you be doing as a Forecasting Manager:
Working as part of a team, you will be assisting a range of high profile customers
Duties will include:

Managing customer orders from start to finish.
Making sure electronic orders and forecasts are received correctly
Keeping customer and stock information accurate in the company's systems, mainly SAP and EDI
Checking for issues between stock orders and forecasts, investigating any issues
Liaising with customers about their orders and delivery dates
Monitoring customer reserve /consignment stock levels to ensure they are available when needed
Working closely with Production, Planning, Warehouse and Finance to ensure products are manufactured, shipped and invoiced correctly
Resolving any errors in the SAP system relating to the self-billing process
Setting up customer product information in the inhouse system
We would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:

Previous experience in a similar stock forecasting or supply chain coordination role would be very interesting
Experience in Logistics Coordination, Sales Support, Sales Administration Service Coordinator or other similar business to business coordination role would also be suitable
Excellent IT skills with the ability to use Excel, Word and Outlook
Experience of SAP or EDI systems would be beneficial
Excellent communication skills
Accurate with a strong eye for detail and the ability to analyse
Highly organised and able to meet deadlines
