Working Foreman – Clean Rooms, Cold Rooms & Firewalls £45-50k plus package

Location: UK-based with travel across the UK and overseas

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Working Foreman to lead installation teams on projects involving clean rooms, cold rooms, and firewalls. This hands-on role requires a confident leader who can ensure high-quality installations while maintaining strict health and safety standards.

You’ll be responsible for managing your team on-site, coordinating deliveries, and liaising with project stakeholders to ensure smooth execution from start to finish. Overseas travel may be required depending on project location.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise installation teams on-site

Deliver high-quality installations with a focus on precision and client satisfaction

Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety regulations, including:

Daily site diaries

H&S audits and reviews

RAMS documentation

Manage plant and material deliveries

Collaborate with the Contracts Manager to develop project schedules

Interpret and communicate technical drawings and specifications

Use an in-house reporting system for all site documentation (training provided if needed)

Essential Experience:

Candidates must have hands-on experience in installing some of the following:

Cold rooms

Clean rooms

Firewalls

Requirements:

Full, clean UK driving licence

Valid CSCS card

Willingness to travel and stay away from home as needed

SSSTS/SMSTS certification

IPAF and Counterbalance licences

Working at height certification
