TLG Infrastructure are looking for an experienced Groundworks Foreman to join our team on a busy civil engineering project involving groundworks, drainage, and earthworks.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily groundworks, drainage, and earthworks activities. Organise labour, plant, and materials to meet programme requirements. Ensure work is completed safely and to the required quality standards. Read and work from construction drawings and specifications. Coordinate with the Site Manager, Engineers, and subcontractors. Carry out daily briefings and ensure safe working practices are followed. Monitor progress and report any issues or delays. Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area.Requirements
Previous experience as a Groundworks Foreman on civil engineering projects. Good knowledge of drainage, earthworks, and groundworks operations. Ability to lead and motivate site teams. Strong communication and organisational skills. Valid CSCS card (Supervisor/Manager level preferred). SSSTS or SMSTS qualification. First Aid at Work certificate (desirable).
