Job Description - Foreman/Crew Leader

JOB DESCRIPTION

Established Construction Fence Company in search of an experienced, hands-on Foreman/crew leader for our growing construction fence company.

A successful candidate would have the ability to delegate and lead team members, while working side by side with them.
Other requirements:

good communication and people skills
the ability to be a team player
the ability to be a problem solver
a mechanical aptitude
a driver’s license with clean driving record
experience with Skid-loader and fork-lift operation

In addition, candidates will be responsible for:

Assisting on tasks, such as demolition, carrying materials, or construction.
Unloading materials that are delivered and distributing them to appropriate location as identified by specifications.
Preparing layout area where construction will take place by properly measuring, marking, or recording openings or distances.
Preparing tools, areas and materials for workers for installation.
Motioning equipment operator to assist with alignment, movement, or adjustment of machinery, equipment, or materials.
Cleans jobsite at the end of the day, ensuring trash is properly disposed of and materials or equipment are properly stored.

Be Safe Barrier provides temporary fencing and other barriers around construction projects, parking areas, propane tanks, and other areas. Very competitive pay and benefits offered.
