Fork Lift Driver

Forklift Driver 
(Dayshift/Backshift rotation)
Location – Kirkcaldy
Contract – 6 months+ (view to direct hire)
Rates: competitive (basic + shift allowance + overtime)
 
Our client, a successful manufacturing business is currently sourcing an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Driver for a 2 shift rotational contract role (Dayshift/Backshift) based in Kirkcaldy. 
The vacancies are contract for approximately 6 months but maybe extended/become permanent.
Ideal candidate will have experience in driving counterbalance Forklift in a fast-paced manufacturing environment adhering to strict Health and Safety protocols.
Ideally the successful candidate will hold a valid Forklift ticket although an internal refresher is available.
The role will include some manual handling and moving of raw materials with Forklift.
Rates of pay:
Dayshift – 6.00 am - 2.00 pm - £13.20 per hour
Backshift – 2.00 pm - 10.00 pm - £13.96 per hour
Overtime 1 - £19.31 per hour
Overtime 2 - £25.41 per hour
Due to location and start time, own transport or living near the facility is essential.
