We’re looking for a hands‑on General Operative with a valid Counterbalance FLT licence to support manufacturing and warehouse operations in a busy textile environment. Flexibility required during peak periods to work extended shifts up to 12 hours. IMMEDIATE START AVAILABLE

The Role

Operate textile machinery
Quality checks & basic maintenance
FLT loading, unloading & stock movement
Scanner use for picking/stock control
Manual handling & general production work
Work safely and meet production targets
You Need

Manufacturing experience
Valid Counterbalance FLT licence
Good attention to detail
Basic mechanical skills
Reliable, adaptable team player
