Forklift Diver

We are seeking a skilled Forklift Driver to join our team in Thatcham. This role offers a competitive salary and the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating forklifts safely and efficiently, contributing to the smooth running of our operations.

• Operate forklifts to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise.
• Ensure the safe and efficient handling of goods and materials.
• Maintain equipment by keeping it clean and in good working order.
• Comply with company policies and legal guidelines.
• Assist in maintaining a safe and orderly working environment.
• Perform routine pre-inspections to ensure equipment is suitable for use.

• Proven experience as a forklift operator (Counter Balance)
• Attention to detail and familiarity with industrial equipment.
• Excellent physical condition and coordination.
• Valid certification to operate forklifts.

• Structured shift patterns allowing for a balanced work-life schedule.

• Monday to Thursday: 6am – 2pm, 2pm – 10pm, 10pm – 6am
• Friday: 6am – 11.30am, 11.30am – 5pm, 5pm – 10.30pm
• Alternate shift patterns including nights – 37.5-hour week.
