Forklift Driver

A Counterbalance Forklift Driver / Pallet Maker is required for a well-established steel processing company based in the Burntwood area of the West Midlands, working a permanent afternoon shift.

Ideally you will have some experience with wood as you will be assisting in the pallet shed. A portion of your role will be spent making pallets, as well as loading them up with stock. You will then be driving the counterbalance FLT, moving stock around the workplace and loading/unloading vehicles for dispatch.

Duties of this Forklift Driver role include;

• Assisting in the pallet shed, making pallets
• Loading pallets with stock
• Driving the counterbalance forklift
• Loading/unloading vehicles

To be considered you NEED an IN-DATE Counterbalance Licence.

You will be working a permanent afternoon shift pattern -

• 1:00pm - 10:00pm (Monday - Thursday), 36 hours per week

This Forklift Driver / Pallet Maker role will be working on a temp-to-perm basis with long term opportunities available.

The role is paying £14.00 per hour on the afternoon shift, with weekly pay whilst on the agency.
