Forklift Driver

Apex Resources Ltd is currently looking for counterbalance forklift driver in Dumbarton area.

1 Year + experience and valid forklift license is required for this position

Key Responsibilities:

Operating Forklifts: Safely driving forklifts to transport goods, stack pallets, and move materials between storage areas, loading docks, and production lines.

Loading and Unloading: Efficiently loading and unloading deliveries from trucks, containers, or storage areas.

Inventory Management: Assisting with stock organization, inventory counts, and maintaining accurate records using scanners or manual systems.

Equipment Inspection and Maintenance: Conducting routine checks on forklifts, including brakes, tires, and fluid levels, and reporting or performing minor maintenance as needed.

Safety Compliance: Following all workplace safety guidelines, company policies, and legal regulations to prevent accidents and injuries.

Team Collaboration: Coordinating with warehouse staff, supervisors, and other forklift operators to ensure smooth operations.

Hours of work:

Monday to Friday 8am-4pm paid at £14.50 per hour

Please note that all applicants must be able to provide full right to work documentation, evidence of a national insurance number from an official letter from HMRC and have an active bank account in their own name for processing wages. This is in line with our ISO accreditation and GLA compliance standards
