Forklift & Warehouse Operative

About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Forklift & Warehouse Operative to join our busy warehouse team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in maintaining high standards of accuracy, organisation, and safety.

As part of our warehouse operation, you'll play a vital role in ensuring goods are received, stored, and dispatched efficiently while supporting the day-to-day running of the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities

* Booking in deliveries from suppliers.

* Receiving, checking, and storing incoming stock.

* Loading and unloading vehicles using a counterbalance forklift (where licensed).

* Preparing, wrapping, and palletising goods for dispatch.

* Organising and maintaining bulk storage areas.

* Picking and fulfilling internal stock requests accurately.

* Carrying out regular stock counts and assisting with stock movement.

* Completing daily warehouse and forklift safety checks.

* Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment.

* Following all Health & Safety procedures and company policies.

* Assisting with general warehouse duties as required.

What We're Looking For

* Previous warehouse experience is desirable.

* A Counterbalance Forklift Licence

* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.

* A positive attitude with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

* Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn.

* Monday to Friday

* 7.30am-3.30pm

* £12.71 ph

* On-site parking
