Forklift Driver/Warehouse Operator

Staffright Southend LTD is currently recruiting experienced FORKLIFT DRIVER / WAREHOUSE OPERATIVE for our friendly, established client based in Chelmsford, Essex.

Work Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm – £12.50/hr – 40 hours per week
No weekends!

Responsibilities:

Unloading and loading deliveries safely using a Counterbalance Forklift
Assisting the warehouse manager with repairing broken stock
Ability to use hand tools is required
Organising the warehouse
Preparing and loading lorries with various products for same-day deliveries

As a professional Forklift Driver/Warehouse Operative, you will:

Hold a valid, in-date Counterbalance Forklift licence
Have good manual handling practices as the work involves heavy lifting
Have previous warehouse experience
Pay close attention to detail
Have your own transport, as the site is not easily accessible by public transport
Possess good English communication skills
