Forklift Operator

We're recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Forklift Operator to join a busy and well-established manufacturing site in Duxford. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive team in a fast-paced environment, where you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth movement of materials and finished goods across the warehouse and production areas.
Key Responsibilities

Loading, unloading and storing deliveries safely and efficiently.
*
Supplying materials to production and packing departments.
*
Collecting and storing finished goods.
*
Picking, packing and preparing orders for dispatch.
*
Maintaining accurate stock control and inventory.
*
Operating Forklift
*
Keeping the warehouse clean, organised and safe.
*
Following all health and safety procedures and promoting a safe working environment.
What We're Looking For
*
Valid RTITB Counterbalance and Reach forklift licences (VNA experience is desirable but not essential).
*
Previous warehouse experience.
*
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
*
Good English and numeracy skills.
*
Basic IT skills.
*
A reliable, proactive team player with a positive attitude.
What's in it for You

£14.50 per hour.
*
Full-time, Monday to Friday.
*
Weekly rotating shifts: 6:00am–2:00pm and 2:00pm–10:00pm.
