Forklift Sales Professionals - UK Opportunities

£40,000 - £55,000 Basic + Uncapped Commission | Company Car / Allowance | OTE £60k+

Alecto Recruitment is currently speaking with established employers across the UK who are looking to bring experienced sales professionals into their teams.

We're interested in speaking with people who know the forklift market, understand the customers and can turn opportunities into sales.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll be responsible for developing business and growing customer relationships across your territory, with responsibilities typically including:

Selling forklift trucks and materials handling equipment
Developing new business and identifying sales opportunities
Managing and growing an existing customer base
Visiting customers and carrying out site surveys
Understanding customer requirements and recommending suitable solutions
Producing quotations and negotiating deals
Managing the sales process from enquiry through to completion
Building long-term relationships with customers
Working closely with service, engineering and operations teams
Working towards agreed sales and revenue targets
What We're Looking For

We're particularly interested in speaking with candidates who have experience selling:

Forklift trucks
Materials handling equipment
Warehouse equipment
Plant or construction equipment
Industrial machinery
Access equipment

The Package

Depending on the opportunity, packages can include:

£40,000 - £55,000 basic salary
Uncapped commission
£60,000+ OTE
