On offer is a Monday - Friday, office-based role that offers training and progression through the service co-ordination and managerial pipeline. In this role you will be handling a small team of engineers and dealing with their technical enquiries, sorting and selecting spare parts and manage service contracts. Liaising between customers and engineers, you'll be the first point of contact for any reactive and pre-planned works. This role would suit an Engineer looking to come off the tools from a Forklift or similar background looking for an office-based position playing a key part in a family run business that offers further progression opportunities in management.
