Formulation Scientist

Our client is a leading CRO in the agrochemical sector and due to the continued expansion of the business, we are seeking a Formulation Scientist to join their team. Primarily lab based, you will work within a friendly team involved in the design, formulation and testing of novel agrochemical compounds. You will work on a broad range of formulation types on a small batch scale as well as scaling up.

Applications are invited from candidates with:

- BSc, MSc or PhD in Chemistry or similar Scientific discipline

- Proven experience developing and evaluating formulations (ideally within agrochemical sector)

- Experience mentoring and supervising junior staff

- Knowledge of GLP regulations would be beneficial

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
