Forwarder – Freight Forwarding (Birmingham, Full-Time)
  
Join a dynamic freight forwarding team as a Forwarder, delivering outstanding end-to-end service across air, sea, and road operations. This role focuses on providing seamless customer support, ensuring operational excellence, and driving compliance with key regulations.
  
Key responsibilities:
? Manage end-to-end freight forwarding activities (clearances, bookings, deliveries, invoicing)
? Maintain excellent customer service, building strong client and supplier relationships
? Ensure accurate customs entries, cost control, job costing, and month-end compliance
? Collaborate closely with senior forwarders, operations managers, and sales teams
? Follow strict SOPs, KPIs, and quality standards to meet internal and external requirements
  
What you’ll bring:
? Proven experience in freight forwarding operations (air, sea, or road)
? Strong customer service focus and problem-solving skills
? Knowledge of transport sector IT systems and financial processes
? Ability to work flexibly, including occasional shifts and weekends
? Driven, results-oriented, and team-focused attitude
  
?? Location: Birmingham
? Full-time, Monday–Friday (with flexibility for shifts/weekends as needed)
