Fostering Senior Practitioner

Pay: £36,000 - £42,000 + £5k car allowance

NonStop's client, based in the East of England, is looking for a Senior Practitioner to join their independent fostering agency on a permanent basis.

They are a Non-Profit organisation with a Outstanding Ofsted rating. As a non-profit organisation, they are dedicating to leading with a child centred approach, ensuring the best outcomes for children and young people which gives you greater job satisfaction knowing you will be making a positive impact.

In this role you will be overseeing a small caseload of around 4 foster carers and overseeing 2 other Social Workers on the team, providing support and supervision.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise, support, and train foster carers
• Oversee two Social Workers on the team
• Build lasting and positive relationships in order to provide the best outcome for children

Requirements:

• Registration with Social work England (SWE)
• Driver
• Knowledge of relevant legislation
• Experience working within a fostering team
