Salary: £54,000-£59,000

NonStop's client, based in the North West of London, is looking for an experienced Team Manager to join their independent fostering agency on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities:

• Support and lead a team of 5 Social Workers and 1 Practice Manager
• Ensuring the highest standards of care are met
• Maintain quality assurance and compliance while implementing practice improvements

Requirements:

• Registered with Social Work England (SWE)
• Experience as a Team Manager within children's services
• Up to date with current legislation
