Salary: £44,000 - £53,000

NonStop's client, based in the Yorkshire region, is looking for an experienced Team Manager, or a Senior Practitioner looking for a step up, to join their independent fostering agency on a permanent basis.

This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of an established agency's improvement plans. You will work directly with the Registered Manager to ensure best practices throughout the team.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of 5 Social Workers and 3 Support Workers
• Work directly with the Registered Fostering Manager to improve the service and improve Ofsted rating
• Travel weekly to Leeds and then throughout Yorkshire and the North East when needed

Requirements:

• Registration with Social work England (SWE)
• Driving License
• Knowledge of relevant legislation
• Experienced Team Manager or Senior Practitioner within fostering
