Founder’s Associate | Sevenoaks, Kent (Hybrid) | £35,000 - £45,000
 
My client, an ambitious and rapidly growing technology business, is seeking a Founder's Associate to work directly alongside the founders, supporting strategic projects, commercial initiatives and day-to-day business operations. This is a varied role offering exposure across marketing, product, operations and business strategy, making it ideal for someone looking to accelerate their career within a high-growth environment.
 
Responsibilities

Work closely with the founders on strategic and commercial projects
Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across marketing, sales and operations
Support business planning, presentations and commercial proposals
Assist with marketing campaigns, product launches and growth initiatives
Conduct market, competitor and customer research to identify new opportunities
Help manage priorities, projects and key business activities
Provide executive support where required to ensure the smooth running of the business
Identify opportunities to improve processes and implement AI-driven efficiencies 
Skills

Previous experience within business support, operations, marketing, consulting or a similar role
Excellent organisational and project coordination skills
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Commercially aware with a proactive and problem-solving mindset
Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Confident using technology and AI tools to improve productivity
Adaptable, ambitious and keen to take ownership of projects

£35,000 - £45,000 basic salary (DOE)
