As a Founders Associate, you will act as a strategic force multiplier for the founder, driving growth through social media mastery and community building. You will manage personal branding, execute digital marketing campaigns, and build high-level expert networks. What you will do:

• Execute and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across the App Store and Google Play Store, managing budgets and conducting A/B testing

• Build an "Event Ideas Flywheel" and manage an influential network of professors and experts to foster high-impact industry collaborations

The ideal candidate:

• Exceptional communicator with a talent for drafting compelling copy and managing complex social media strategies for both individuals and brands

• Analytical mindset capable of managing paid ad campaigns, tracking performance metrics, and iterating based on data-driven insights

• Proactive self-starter comfortable navigating ambiguity and managing logistical projects like venue sourcing and community referral programs
