A YC-backed start-up is looking for a Founding AI Engineer. They are looking for somebody that has deployed an AI model into production before the invention of prompts. If you have used prompts to deploy AI models you will not be right for this role.

Your Experience

2+ years of work experience deploying LLM/ML models to production
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, Math, Physics, or similar
Worked in a start-up or cutting edge AI company

Technical capabilities:

Write production-level code for AI/LLM based applications
Python workflows, including (Pytorch,

Langchain/LlamaIndex/OpenAI

or similar LLMOps libraries, Scikit-learn, pandas)
Version control (Git)
Implementing NLP models/LLMs for classification, sentiment detection
Implementing predictive machine learning models
Implementing open source LLMs (from Hugging Face, Github, ...)
GPU management for LLM deployment
Fine-tuning LLMs
