As a founding member of this elite engineering team, you will revolutionize how decision-makers interact with complex data. You will leverage LLMs to translate natural language into actionable insights, building enterprise-ready products from first principles. This high-impact role involves taking full ownership of features that empower blue-chip clients to unlock data-driven answers instantly.

What you will do:

• Prompt and fine-tune LLMs to enable business leaders to query complex databases using plain English conversational interfaces

• Take end-to-end ownership of core product features, from initial conceptualization and prototyping to production deployment

• Enhance system explainability by building tools that help data teams interpret and validate the logic behind AI-generated answers

The ideal candidate:

• Proven experience building and scaling products using the latest LLMs and a deep understanding of making AI models enterprise-ready

• Strong background in Python and backend development, with the ability to think from first principles in a fast-paced environment

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action and a desire to work in-person with a collaborative team in Central London
