The Role:
As one of our early engineering hires, you will be a cornerstone in building and shaping our technology and culture. This role is perfect for seasoned engineers who thrive in dynamic startup environments and are passionate about developing high-quality software with a customer-focused approach. Your work will directly impact the development and success of our products.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with a small team of engineers to design, develop, and deploy scalable software solutions integrating large language models (LLMs).
- Work hands-on with product management and customers to refine and implement feature requirements.
- Contribute to the entire software development lifecycle from planning to deployment.
- Engage in technical decision-making and product strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Promote a culture of excellence in coding and system design, establishing best practices for future growth.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in software engineering with a portfolio of significant past projects.
- Strong background in programming and systems design, particularly in Python or other relevant technologies.
- Experience working in early-stage startups and comfortable with the fast-paced nature of startup environments.
- Demonstrable interest and experience in working with large language models and AI technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
- A straightforward right to work with at least one day per week available for in-office collaboration.
