You will be a pivotal member of the founding team, building the core technical foundations for a platform dedicated to improving women's healthcare outcomes. You will design and scale data-secure, AI-powered systems while translating clinical insights into production-ready features, directly impacting care pathways for mothers and closing critical health gaps.

What you will do:

• Build and own end-to-end product features across the entire stack, including frontend, backend, and cloud infrastructure.

• Integrate advanced AI/ML capabilities such as risk stratification and smart triage to personalize patient care pathways.

• Establish robust, privacy-compliant data infrastructure that meets stringent healthcare regulatory standards and security requirements.

The ideal candidate:

• Has 5+ years of experience in high-impact product teams with proficiency in Node.js, Python, and React.

• Demonstrates expertise in ML/data science tooling including pandas, scikit-learn, and experience deploying LLMs or predictive models.

• Possesses a product-first mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguous startup environments and regulated industry constraints.
