Foundry Operator

Job description:

Industrial Recruitment Solutions are currently recruiting for a Foundry Operative for their Iron Castings Foundry Client in the Wednesbury area. This is an excellent opportunity to secure an ongoing role within a fast-paced and well-established heavy manufacturing environment.

Hours:

* Monday to Thursday, 06:00 – 16:00

* Full-time, temporary ongoing with potential for permanent employment

Pay Rate:

* £12.71 per hour starting salary

Job Duties:

* Operating Hand & Floor Standing Linishers

* Using Knock Out Machines

* Dressing, grinding, linishing, and fettling of castings

* Working with heavy engineering/manufacturing processes

Requirements:

* Previous experience in dressing, grinding, linishing, or fettling

* Heavy engineering/manufacturing or foundry background essential

* Reliable with good timekeeping and a positive work attitude
